    ive nearly done 2 weeks back on induction now and im starting to go down ,im 101kg now , this has been a hard lesson for me as i was 98kg before xmas and only eating legal stuff gained over 4kg and i hope others might learn from my mistakes as its taken till now to start going back down and i hope it carries on,not sure whether i should carry on with induction for another week or caryy on up the rungs to where i was before christmas

    Well that is great that your body is responding. How wonderful that you gave it time. That is all it takes sometimes but many people are very impatient and give up.
    As for OWL go with what you want - certainly move up soon to get more healthy carbs in.

      ill probally stay on induction just another week ,then start moving back up the rungs im very patient as i know this works and am never giving up love the way i feel and loving the exercise wish i did this many years ago

        Jake, have you figured out how you went wrong? was it too many calories or carb creep? or was it a higher rung food that started things going haywire? I am curious to know as carb creep seems to do me in every time.

          i figured out why i gained it was way to many nuts at xmas instead of small handfull a day i was having quite a few , strawberrys with extra cream and gym not being open and we were off of karate too ,so that was another 2 days training i lost a week , but started being good soon in january eating higher rung food just right amounts but the weight didnt go down ,its only started to go down again since started back on induction foods weighed myself this morning and im 100kg ))))))) another week and im going to move back up the rungs the thing is i do like nuts and its hard to limit to just a handfull but im going to DO IT
