I have been on induction for 17 days and lost 14 pounds- pretty stoked- What I realized today is amazing- I went to the shop and bought some pure tomato paste and made a pizza burger. when i ate it it was maybe the most amazing food i have ever had. i found myself looking at the ingredients about 18 times and each time it said- tomatoes-
It is amazing to me how much my eating habits have changed and also my water intake. Funny that a simple pizza burger could actually feel like a cheat but in reality very induction friendly. There is really a new world of eating and actually I am not looking to how I can cheat. Instead I am looking for new opportunities to find recipes that can help me continue this lifestyle in a very acceptable way, to the point that it doesn't feel like a diet. Instead it is just a choice of foods that are just as tasty without any guilt association. Atkins actually is very liberating.
