    2 quick questions-

    What rung is unsweetened shredded coconut on? I have a package that is 2 net carbs for 3 TB, so did not know if I can have it yet.

    Also, people who eat coconut oil for the health benefits, could I get the same benefits from eating the unsweetened shredded coconut instead? If so, how much equivalent would I need to eat approximately?

    The nut would be a rung three addition. The oil you can have on induction.
    I am somewhat unclear on the scientific benefits - I am not sure I am quite convinced. Anyways I have seen some people swear by it though.

      not saying it is or isn't actually generating all those health benefits but you can look at the fat grams in your unsweetened coconut and then figure out how much would be a table spoon worth of fat.

      there are 120 cals in a tablesppon of the oil so that would be 13.33333 grams of fat of your shredded stuff.
