  • 2 weeks of RE-Induction and...

    I am feeling better. I lost 5.4lbs during this round of induction and have lost all of the bloat I was suffering with.

    I did have some stomach problems for the first couple of days so I started playing around with my percentages and found out that a good number of fiber for me is half of my totally carbs, so basically as much fiber as net carbs.

    I did stray from the induction menu on Valentines day with some strawberries but that was the worse I did. I averaged about 21 net carbs a day so not to bad.

    I am going to jump up to rung 4 so I can add a little more flax/bran to my menu. I am feeling so much better and ready to keep going.

    I do have the flu right now (thanks boyfriend) so I am taking it easy exercise wise but I am going for walks every other day.

    congrats on fixing your induction issues.
    you don't need to jump to rung 4 as flax seeds are induction legal per rule 12 and if you look there is no limit on how much you can have if it is for constipation issues.

    Add some more of those yummy induction veggies would be a better route as you can pick your 5 net carbs from the one cup veggies and get way more healthy vits and minerals with some more fiber too.
