Just curious.. I know it should be obvious, "when you are hungry!" However, I have a hard time telling when that is. I have also read different things on eating every 2-3 hours to charge your metabolism... just wondering if there is any truth to this.
Has anyone tried both... eat say 3 meals a day vs. eating say 6 meals a day... which did you lose better/feel better on?
