    Hey all it's been a few weeks since i've posted. Just wanted to give an update on my status.

    As of this morning 23 lbs lost! I had a "whoosh" or whatever they are called and all of a sudden 5lbs was gone!

    I am on OWL rung 1 at 25 carbs for a few weeks now. I felt like cheating a few times because of food boredom so I allowed myself to have nuts (almonds and macadamea) so that I didnt go insane and cheat. I was craving nuts so badly and they really have helped. I have not been using fitday as much lately as I have been getting a better feel for how many carbs i eat a day.

    Im thinking of moving to OWL rung 2 and 30 carbs and introducing strawberries since im not a huge dairy fan and ive already had nuts.

    I played basketball the other day for 3 hours and did not get tired I was able to keep up even with the skinny guys it was great!

    Congrats on the 23#s! Keep going with it. I was so happy to get to the berries. I love them and they are like a dessert for me, so I was able to defuse a lot of cravings and thoughts of cheating once I could have the berries. Best of luck!
