    to the east side...

    Anyway...my question: Just wanted to know who has a list of foods for Rung 7 and their 5 carb quantity - or where I could find it on here. I've done a couple searches, but can't seem to find any links (they must be out there somewhere though).

    I was just hoping somebody had already done the work for me...otherwise it'll be a long night looking up nutritional information and cutting it down to 5 carbs.

    Mini Goals:
    Goal 1 - 10% (September 13th, 2009)
    Goal 2 - Pre-Pregnancy Weight with 2nd Child (September 27th, 2009)
    Goal 3 - 50 lbs down (December 1st, 2009)
    Goal 4 - Highest Pregnancy Weight with 1st right before c-section (February 20, 2010)
    Goal 5 - Lowest weight reached on WW after having 1st child
    Goal 6 - 100 lbs down
    Goal 7 - Pre-pregnancy weight with 1st

                So my guess is a mod posted and then deleted it because we can do a total delete. (it was not me ) Or, and this sometimes happens, the board troll did one of his things. Oh well. I was just curious as to what link you got.
                When I got to rung seven I researched low glycemic fruits and tried some of those. Also if you eat your fruits with a fat like a nut butter or a fatty yogurt or cream you can easier tolerate it.

                      It was Elizellen that posted, and she gave me the link for the OWL Power of 5 sticky on the OWL board.



                      Eating it with a fat was what I was thinking of doing...like a thin slice of cheese with the two slices of apple. Of course it tastes better too when you do that, lol.

                        Sorry folks, it was me but when I looked at the post I linked to it looked as if it didn't actually list any rung 7 foods so I deleted it - not quickly enough to not get noticed!!

                        Actually I must have been having a senior moment as it DOES list plenty of rung 7 foods!!
                        Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
