    Hello everyone,
    I want to share this recipe with you. It was my dinner but it's not my own photo( found it in another blog).Very easy Omelette and abseloutly delicious

    The recipe:
    The ingredients:
    5 eggs
    1 Ts cream(optional).
    1 tomatoe
    1/2 onion
    2 Ts persly
    Salt and black pepper.
    for seving and decoration you need letuce+tomato+black olives.
    In a dish beat the eggs+cream+salt+pepper+diced tomato+persly+minced onion.
    Heat up the non-stick pan+1Ts olive oil then pour the eggs and cover the pan.
    When your omelette is cooked put it in the plate carefully and roll it cut it and decorate your salad.

      What a wonderful idea and beautiful presentation for the simple veg omelet. I never thought of doing that...how simple and yet it looks SO much more appetizing than the basic round omelet pattie on a plate.

        That looks very 'fine dining' rather than the usual way I serve an omelette

          Very cool! Looks deeeeeelish!

          I too do a version of a "roll up and slice" omelette.... I make a plain omelette, plate it, then spread mayo all over and top with slices of ham. Then roll up and slice like salami. Nice as an hors d'hoeuvre (spelling??) with other nibbles.

            I advice everyone to try this omelette and the flavor of onion+ persly is just wanderful. I will do it again.
