Yup, just make sure that the next bite of food you put into your mouth is Atkins friendly. Maybe try to figure out why you caved?

Sometimes the desire for sweet, carby things is very, very strong. It sometimes is for me around TOM. That's a good time to have an Atkins-friendly sweet treat. Cheesecake is usually a good one and if chocolate is what you need, make some low-carb chocolate, Splenda-sweetened. That's what I do to get me through that time, however, sweet treats should be left for weekends only or special occasions, as my feeling is, they stall a lot of people and that is discouraging. It is good to have options though, as life is not always black and white or easy for that matter. I take my hat off to people who can be stellar all the time.

One thing that helped me until the sugar monster left in disgust at not being fed was to have a whole load of induction-friendly foods available.
Then when the cravings appeared first I had another glass of water and if the cravings came back I ate a lovely snack or ham rollups, cream cheese/celery, boiled eggs or similar savoury snacks - not something sweet!!

some people keep pickles (non-sugar ones) around for those times and say it helps them resist.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
