  • Candida problem, need dip recipe.

I believe I have a candida (yeast) overgrowth in my body and am cutting back on yeast promoting foods. Unfortunately, I love raw veggies in a sour cream/mayo dip. I can't eat the veggies plain and I guess that mayo must be off limits too because of the vinegar. Any ideas?? I can't put cheese on my cooked veggies either, what a bummer!

You can add oils on veggies, or you can make dressings using oils and fresh herbs.

For a dip, what about guacamole?

I forgot to thank you for your idea. I did try the olive oil and put some spices in it and it actually tasted good and gave me the good fats that I need. I also made guacamole and added cream cheese, onion powder, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to it and it was really good!!! Thanks again!
