    I believe anyone can acheive their dreams and goals.. All that matters is what you believe..

    I think Atkins gives people an advantage too..

      Thank God that you posted this.....The power to change resides inside. We are indeed powerful beyond measure. That surely stoked the fire that is already burning hot inside of my heart (and no, it's not heartburn...joke)

          Just remember:

          That when the music ends and the film concludes,
          When the inspiration fades and the hope seems used,
          You are the ONE that has to make the difference,
          You are the ONE that has to strive for this instance.

          At the end of your workout or exercise regime,
          Their will be no montage music or fans to be seen,
          At the end of the day, YOU MUST BE THERE FOR YOU,
          and never Let anyone tell you what you can or cannot do.

          All our lives we have been told to be this way or that,
          All our lives we have been convinced that we are ugly or fat,
          We are here to finally make a change
          We are here to live our lives without feeling strange.

          Find your fuel, your passion for life,
          Make the difference now, today, tonight,
          Life is short and tomorrow is not guaranteed,
          Make this change today and never let the past be seen!

          This is not the time for drama, pity or shame!
          Too many people have succeeded just the same,
          Follow their path and make your way to goal,
          Then tell all those that doubted you to stick it in their pie holes.
