caffeine in fat burners

hi..just wana know why is the main ingredient in most fat burners today are caffeine?
don't caffeine cause cravings??

Caffeine can make you jittery ... make you want to move around ... that's the "fat burner".

Fat burners are gimmicks. Waste of money.

this diet is a fat burner........but if you have given up caffeine and then you take these pills it will most likely make you twitch for a few hours. Usually, EACH one of these pills has over two cups of coffee's worth of caffeine. Save your money.
