I have sometimes used the 'muffin in a minute' batter for making pizzas but not the new rev roll or oopsies recipes.
Oh - Andrew, how did your hot dog rolls turn out?

Came out good. Could only get 4 from a batch due to them needing to be the same width but longer but was worth it. Went great with my Halal hotdogs.

Just curious, did you find any halal hotdogs that doesn't have dextrose in them? I've been looking, so if you do... please let me know what brand.

It is okay if it takes me a little longer to get there, besides this is where I'm going to stay forever and that is a really long time!!!

              Michelle ~

You FREEZE the extras? Everywhere I read, it said they don't freeze well.

Is there a certain technique you do? I would LOVE to make an extra batch or two and freeze them!

              Do tell!!

I don't have any left right now but can't remember exactly what was in them. It had 2 carbs per 1 frank (they came in packs of 6, big hotdogs) with 1 fiber. So 1 carb each, so it is worth while. I just get them because they are the lowest carb hotdogs I could find. Heard the kosher ones are good as well but can't find them.

                  Re: Loving these Oopsie Rolls...

What do you all consider to be a serving size of this? I made some today and had it spread out flat. Then I cut it into 8 pieces, so it looked like bread. I used 2 pieces. With the rolls, I would also use 2 pieces at a time. So I figure that is really 1 egg and 1 oz of cream cheese (a little less for the "bread"). Sorry, I tend to overthink things.

I like everyone's ideas of how they are using this. I kind of feel like I am cheating when I use this.

                    Re: Loving these Oopsie Rolls...

I freeze the extras between parchment paper and they do fine so long as you let them come fully to room temp. I say that two rolls is a serving: One for the top and one for the bottom.

I didn't even see this thread. I'm such a dork. I'm glad you like these! My family likes them and they're pretty picky about eggy things.
