Carbquik

I made the revolution rolls and love them, but I am finding some recipes that call for carbqick. I haven't been able to find it and I was wondering if there was a carbquik clone recipe?

Also I have heard of Atkins breakfast hot cereal and tried to buy it online and everyone is out of it. I was wondering if there is a clone recipe for that as well?

Carbquik is available on both Amazon.com and Netrition.com, and I also found this recipe (but have not tried it myself):

Ingredients:
2 cups Soy Isolate Powder (or soy flour)
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon soda
1 tablespoon shortening cut in

Directions:
Mix well and keep dry.

Figured I should also mention that I noticed you were in extended induction, and Carbquik or any other bake mixes are not allowed until the higher rungs.

Thanks for the recipe. I have been checking out the non induction recipes for future use not for now.
