  • Feeling nauseous

For the past 2 weeks or so I have been feeling nauseous after I eat anything. At first I thought it was the macadamea and almonds I have been eating but it did not go away. Then I cut out diet rite soda.

This morning I ate an omlette and about 30 min to an hour later I feel sick to my stomach. I also woke up and threw up stomach acid a few nights ago.

Anybody else encountered this or know what it could be? Dont know if it's diet related or not...thanks

Can you list exactly what you have been eating, Billy?
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

I am wondering if it is the asparagus I have been eating a lot of it lately? Here is what I ate today and yesterday. I generally stick to the same menu everyday but in different formats eat alot of chicken and vegitables. Mushrooms, asparagus, tomatoes, onions, garlic, green bean, eggs, macadamea nuts, almonds, and sausage.

Today: Omlett with mushrooms, cheese, green peppers, onions (felt sick)

Yesterday: Muffin in a min, bacon, ceasar salad with chicken topped with parmasean cheese, asparagus , 64 oz water (felt sick all morning)

This just started in the last two weeks.

        Is that all you eat?

And if you're on Induction, macadamias and almonds aren't allowed.

And don't forget the sushi and low carb beer you ate on Saturday.

Also, 64 ounces of water isn't really enough for you ... you would do better aiming for 1/2 your current body weight in ounces of water.

I am on OWL Rung 3.

Yes that is all I have been eating lately (3 times a day). I have not been eating as much because I have been feeling sick everytime I eat.

This has been happening for 2 weeks now well before I came off my diet for 1 meal.

                  Hi BigBilly,

Maybe since this has been happening for 2 weeks already you should think about seeing a Doctor. It is not normal to feel ill every time you eat. That may be a sign of a problem. It seems to be going on a little long and it may be time to "check into it."

                        Re: Feeling nauseous

I used to feel nauseous in the morning and it was due to a couple of my vitamins. I also think if you are chuggin water that makes it worse. Sipping worked better for me. If neither of these things are true for you, then definitely see your doctor.
