    Re: metabolic resistance

Since you've lost weight, you are not a candidate for the fat fast.

How do you know you're not in ketosis?

        Oh.

Well, they don't work for everyone.

All they show is whether or not you're spilling any EXCESS ketones. Maybe you don't.

I've know very successful people who never turned a stick a color.

Concentrate more on what you're eating and drinking.

How many days have you been following this WOE so far? Also, those strips aren't 100% accurate for our needs. Can you post what you ate and drank yesterday?

              Re: metabolic resistance

If you're following the program correctly, you will be in ketosis. For me, I've never shown on the strips very well and gave up long time ago. I don't have many other ketosis symptoms either, but can definitely feel the extra energy from this WOE. The truest test that you are is measuring the loss of weight and inches.

If not, ask for help here to review your menu, post your stats etc. I often thought I was following the program correctly and have been wrong, or have had known stallers affect me and slow my weight loss.
