    Hi, can someone tell me if the TGI Fridays Buffalo wings (frozen, bought from grocery store)are ok to eat on induction? thank you.

    Hi!

    Do you have the package there now? Check the ingredients to see if they are all Induction friendly. You can also look this stuff up on the internet to get ingredients...

      There's trans fats. There's other non-Atkins friendly ingredients.

      I wouldn't eat them ever.

      Why not buy fresh wings?

          The reason I am asking is because I have whole box in my freezer that I would hate to waste!

            The trans fats make them something I would never consider eating ... regardless of what phase of Atkins I was in.

              They have various and multiple starches and flours in them, not allowed on Induction. No need to waste them...Why not make them for your friends the next time they come over, and at the same time, make fresh ones for yourself!

                Thanks. I suppose they wont go to waste, if it was open i wouldn't mind as much but the box is still closed lol .....the party sized box no less!!! haha
