      Link is OK
Though some convenience food can be OK be very careful both with what you order and what you decide to try. This diet works best if you stick to the basics meat, fish, eggs, oil, butter, veggies water. The more of that other stuff you eat the less successful you will be.
Make sure you look at the list of ingredients when you buy stuff. If the ingredients are not compatible with the rung you are on you should not eat it. Also avoid sugar alcohols. Many of us metabolize the much of the carbs in them.

It is interesting how far away from eating healthy the Atkins company has moved with products named marshmellow mudslide and caramel double chocolate crunch.
      Yuck I say.

        Re: mmmmmmmmm

Thank you for the link, though I must admit I won't order such things anymore. Once in a while I'll break down and buy the Atkins bars and always with the same regret afterward because of the cravings and finding that once again I don't eat one bar. I eat the whole box. You'd think I'd learn faster, but I'm hard-headed.

The good news is more and more I find myself buying organic food, simplifying recipes, and turning away processed and refined foods. I don't even refer to the creamed cauliflower as "fauxtatoes" anymore. My goal is to eat good, wholesome food that has the maximum nutrition per bite and the least amount of fillers and chemicals. It's no small task.

i think i just got a little excited seeing it all lol ,i dont think i will be ordering anything i was just surprised to see it all ,your right junk food is junk food how ever its labeled ill be sticking with my meat and and veg and fish and all the other good stuff im eating ,also things like atkins bread mixes would probally be a rocky road to failure as i no longer think about bread anymore but getting a taste of a legal substitute might well start off cravings for normal bread as i expect it could be the same for others
