Welcome to ADBB! You are getting a lot of excellent advice. Take in these recommendations and you will be well on your way to losing.

One note - Georgiana mentioned counting each serving of your Diet Coke as a serving of sweetener. Remember to check your bottle/can. Many have more than one serving especially when looking at something like a 20 oz bottle. So with one bottle you've had much more than one serving of sweetener.

    Best of luck to you!

So....tonight for dinner I fried a little chicken, put in some squash, seranno pepper, red bell pepper and a jalepeno and o m g :P (I used half a cup of those veggies mixed) . I also added some creole seasoning (sugar free! :P) It was amazing lol (: Does that sound like a good induction meal? I made sure I checked everything on the list. ;D It wasn't very specific with peppers tho...it just said: peppers. So I went crazy on peppers :P

I also made enough for tomorrow on meal break for work (: I really hope this is okay!

Also, I had a question. I found this slender soy milk...It is sweetened with splenda and 1 gram net carb per cup. I was wondering if this could be an alternative to the shakes. I drank a little in the beginning, but I wasn't sure... I haven't drank any for a few days (I'm, kind of, retrying my induction phase )

            Welcome to Atkins!
In the beginning I did not want to give up my beer or crystal light etc. But once I was told from these lovely ppl how crucial it is to stear clear of these things, I listened. That was just 2 weeks ago, and I gotta be honest....I've never felt so good! Please take this advise and follow Atkins the right way, I promise you will get through it
            Cheers and good luck!

That chicken dish sounds yummy (it was summer squash I assume?)

Soy milk would be something you could add back when you are at the legumes rung/level of OWL.

I never drank milk (it makes me gag) but I have heard of other people watering down their 'allowance' of cream to make it a drinking consistency.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
