Don't you guys have "Frank's RedHot"

It is VERY high in sodium, but...

Worst case scenario, you could order it online. Trust me, this stuff is good. It's not just hot for the sake of being hot. I put that &*^! on everything!

I think I bought Frank's Red Hot sauce at Waitrose a year or so ago.

In Tesco I got some hot sauce made by 'Nupak'. I think it was 'Hot Pepper Sauce' but I can't be sure. It's got the nicest spicy taste.

Look out for a thin-bottled red sauce in the condiments section.
One bottle will last you a week.

Thanks so much everybody, at least now it looks like I might be able to find something. I have a Waitrose a couple min from my house so I might try that first.

Re: legal hot sauce in UK

Thinking of sauces and dressings, Waitrose also sell a 'no sugar added' mayonnaise. I think it is called something like 'Delous'. There is another brand of 'no sugar added' mayo called 'Tracklements' sold in some shops too.

Waitrose 'soft cream cheese' has less carbs than Philadelphia cream cheese if you use that.
