I think I bought Frank's Red Hot sauce at Waitrose a year or so ago.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Re: legal hot sauce in UK
In Tesco I got some hot sauce made by 'Nupak'. I think it was 'Hot Pepper Sauce' but I can't be sure. It's got the nicest spicy taste.
Look out for a thin-bottled red sauce in the condiments section.
One bottle will last you a week.

Thinking of sauces and dressings, Waitrose also sell a 'no sugar added' mayonnaise. I think it is called something like 'Delous'. There is another brand of 'no sugar added' mayo called 'Tracklements' sold in some shops too.
Waitrose 'soft cream cheese' has less carbs than Philadelphia cream cheese if you use that.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
