  • No scale for 2 days...

Went out of town for work and seriously considered taking my scale. But I didn't. LOL.

I am back tonight and tomorrow am will be the real test. I weighed myself because I was curious tonight and it was not as bad as I thought 140.20. I haven't counted carbs since Wednesday afternoon and I registered negative on the sticks this morning. Although I know that does not mean anything. I was my normal trace tonight. I even drank more alcohol than I intended due to boredom Wednesday night. I absolutely regretted it and felt so bad physically and mentally. The affects of alcohol are so much greater now, I don't like it. And I don't like knowing it's going to impede me.

I was at a BBQ joint today at lunch out of town and I was sitting at the bar. To my right I noticed a man by himself and didn't think anything else of him. I then heard him yell to the waitress, "no bread." I looked over at him and saw he was eating a side salad, ranch dressing and two chicken breasts. I said to myself "a fellow low-carber." I was tempted to ask him but did not want to feel silly if he was not.

Anyway, not really a point to this, just wanted to talk since I have not had access to a computer since Wednesday.

Have a great weekend and don't forget your clocks this weekend.

I was playing on the board this morning and all the times were screwed up! In Europe, we only change to DST in two weeks from now... so it took me some time to realize what's going on.

Glad you survived without the scale!
