Hi guys! I'm training for a half-marathon!
So today, I ran 6 miles which burned approximately 550 calories. My daily average calorie intake is 1600. I'm concerned about eating too little to fuel my body.
My question is... should I aim for more calories, even if I'm not hungry? Or should I just eat whatever satisfies me (probably 1600 calories).
I'm new to running a lot on Atkins, so any help is appreciated! Thanks.
