I have always been a netrition.com girl.

I buy WalMart brand's (Great Value) pizza sauce. At only 4 net carbs per half cup it's a good carb value.

You can get low carb spaghetti sauce at the grocery store.

One brand I like is Classico ... the ones I like don't have added sugar.

Actually, I can get pretty much EVERYTHING at the grocery store.

The only things I order are almond meal/flour and flaxmeal ... because it's cheaper.

I try to stay away from those sites as much as possible...99% of what they sell isn't legal for induction/the lower rungs of OWL. My husband (who is on maintenance) orders from lowcarbgrocery.ca
