Re: Not a believer yet-all the fat you can eat!!

for 99% of human history eating grains is what people thought was wierd and that made people fat because they could see it for themselfs people who ate grains got fat so they fed it to animals instead

its only the last 1% where all the low fat dogma and saturated fat being bad for you lies came out

I understand what you all are saying about enough fat to feel satiated...it is just WEIRD to look at these foods and NOT think that I shouldn't be eating full fat sour cream and cheese!!!

I really feel good today. No big issues with dizziness or any stomach issues today!

      Thanks again!

just be aware that folk will assume you are overeating your induction legal veggies cause in 2002 the limit is 3 cups of veggies and in the new book it is 12-15 grams of carbs which depending on veggies chosen can be significantly more then 3 cups.

Well that reviewer got the "lack of mention of Atkins products" wrong. The book certain do mention them and include them in the menu selection

What a great proof that Atkins does work, Ms YYQueen!

Which yummy induction veggies are you going to add your 5 net carbs of as you move to OWL now?
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
