My friend has showed me the benefits of green clay, as far as cleaning the intestines, helping with arthritis and a slew of other things.. buttt question is, it is safe for atkins? I am not sure what else is in there.

Do you have to eat it? What is it supposed to do?Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

I'd never heard of it.. but found a good info page I guess.. mostly it's for external stuff.. but this thing lists uses for internal uses as well... it's really clay.. just clay..

I don't think there's anything in the book about clay.. so if it helps your arthritis.. seems like that's pretty important..
