I have been on Atkins now for 6 days, and I am really trying to fight my urges to eat something else other than meat, chicken, cheese and salad. I am so bored with my choices, and I have 125 pounds to lose. I just want someone to pump me up and encourage me personally. I want to live, and I want to get healthy, I just feel so weak today. Feel like giving up.

I started atkins in late november but every other week just sort of fell off the wagon and was not working out..late december I started to really follow it and added the gym from november to december I only lost like 7 lbs not following it right..from december to march 18 I lost 50 lbs give or take depending what mood my scale is on lol.

Just keep thinking to yourself what your ultimate goal is ... AND, now is the time that you should be losing weight quickly! What more encouragement do you need than that?

As for the foods you're eating, I would strongly recommend the Oopsie Rolls. This brings variety to the current foods you're eating - like you can have an actual sandwich!! Hoot Hoot!!

I've never had more VARIETY in my diet since starting Atkins...I'm being more adventurous in my meal planning. Tonight I am making Moussaka. NEVER had it before, don't know what it will taste like, but I found a low-carb version that's Atkins Friendly, so in 20 minutes it'll be supper!
You will only be bored if you don't make the effort to do your homework. So! Get up and check out those recipes!!
