I would find it sickeningly sweet.

For my cheesecake that uses 4 bricks of cream cheese, I use a scant 1/2 cup.

Of course, you won't know until you eat it.

    How many servings?

Almond flour isn't appropriate on the rung of OWL you're on.

You've going to have to taste it ... no one can tell what it tastes like, except you.

True if its too sweet then maybe this will be an expensive lesson to not be so heavy handed on the splenda

My "rule of thumb" is that for granular Splenda, I cut the amount in the recipe by half.

How much almond flour did you use?

Even though you shouldn't be eating it!

Oh ... I recommend keeping the almond flour in the freezer ... I put mine in a ziploc bag.

Id rather have occasional almond"atkins freindly"crust rather than a real high carb crust

A cup of Splenda is 48 teaspoons. That's 6 teaspoons per serving.

Sweeteners are limited to 3 servings per day... and a serving of granular Splenda is one teaspoon.

Did you try it without crust?

1 full cup of splenda [...]
                      2 sticks cream cheese
                      one can pure pumpkin
                      one half cup heavy cream
                      3 extra large eggs
                      spices
                      extracts
                      one cup of almond flour
Without including spices, a serving of this cheesecake has about 9 net carbs (1.75 of which come from pumpkin). I don't know what's your current carb level, but that's a lot of carbs for a slice of cheesecake, imo.
