To start off I love the idea of Atkin's & lookin foward to the new way's of my eating habit. I started Atkins 2 week's ago but im starting ALL OVER for the first few day's I did good & lost weight I am addicted to sugar, So I had my cravings & I gave in. So I gained the weight back. So I made myself homeade whip cream & put it on top of jello that deff took my cravings away.
Itz been 2 day's now without sugar!!! YAY
So I have a few question's & PLZ help by answering them.
1. What's a good PROTEIN POWDER that I can mix with water? I would like to drink this after I work out.
3. Any suggestion on sweet's on Induction.

7. Is Spam & Corn Beef ok?
8. If the Nutrition fact's say 0 gram in sugar but ingredients say sugar, Then what?
9. Can U also tell me what else I need to look for on Ingredients when I grocery shop, So I dont buy it?
10. Im a ceaser addict & its real hard for me to eat my salad without it? Anyone know a brand without sugar?
11. I drink Crystal Lite on a daily base, Will this do harm on my diet? But I drink alot of it.
12. I heard Coffee takes Chocolate craving away is this true? I dont drink coffee (I know black is the way to go)
13. Im gonna buy the book, Which book is the best?
14. Don't forget about the Atkin Bar & sweet's?
Anything else that I need to look into buying?
