    going to a st. patty's lunch today. is this okay to eat during induction?

    I would conjure so. Cabbage is fine on induction, and corned beef is listed as fine, too. The only question is how they're prepared - I know some places that marinate their beef in Guinness for St. Patty's. That would add some carbs.

      Monachetti is right It 'could' be OK for induction depending on the ingredients used in cooking it.
