Codein and ketosis?

I am doing great on induction, but have had a bad back problem and the doctor prescribed a codein pill, will this interfere with ketois, and stall weight loss?

I have been taking pain medication for some time and have been on this WOE for several months. I did not notice a stall in weight loss, but did notice a difference in how the pills worked. When I ate them with a lower carb meal they seemed to metabolize quicker (or not at all?) - leaving me in pain until the next dosage. I suggest taking them with a celery or other legal veggie snack. It has seemed to help with the metabolization of the medicine.

I am on pain meds as well, have been for many, many years. I find they do not bother my weightloss at all. Infact one could say they help my weightloss as without them I would be unable to function which also includes exercise.
