Protein shakes contain whey and are not added til you hit the dairy rung in OWL stage 2. Having said that, DaVinci syrups are popular with many people.JILL

Most of those shakes are loaded with sweetener no way you should add something sweet to them.
You can use whey isolate for shake on induction but also eggs make very good shakes. (and they are clean and natural) Check out this thread
