depends how baddly you eat while off the diet if you eat real bad like killing yourself bad like lots of bread and spagetti you could gain a pound of fat a day i think and thats not counting the 5+ pounds of water weight you will gain during the first few days

iv never fallen off the wagon but i have done a few 'tests' and the tests only lasted 1 day but the next day i was 5 pounds heavier but im sure 4 of them 5 pounds was water weight

one of the tests i did though was just 2 bananas it wasnt too bad i never gained 5 pounds of water weight but it still was too high carb for me

The two times I have carefully stepped off the plan I gained five pounds. First time I was off about 14 days and the other time about 4 days. I was careful with what I ate when I came off and kept it relative low carb. It was not license to super binge for me. The weight came off again when I reinducted. Hope the scale will be kind to you. And just go back to what you know will work.

Hi Rayley... Good job getting back on track Please don't get too hung up on that scale number right now. Remember that you could get on different scales and get different readings. So when you get your new scale, get your current weight and use that as your "standard". The fact that your clothes are fitting the same is what is most important. Now just stay on track and make sure to get your exercise where you need it too.

Less than 10 pounds. If it was only a week and half, it may not be as bad as you think. A lot of it is probably water weight.

As the others have said, you might find a scales gain, but keep eating on plan and hopefully it will not be too bad to recover from.

I noticed that you are still listed as being on induction even though you are approaching your goal weight.

What plans have you got for discovering your CCLL and which foods on the OWL rungs you can eat once you reach it without regaining weight?
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
