Carbs are rounded on the label. So all that 0 g means is that there's less than 0.5 g per serving.
As you eat more servings, the carbs will add up.

This is really good lesson to learn. So cudos to you for paying attention. Always read the list of ingredients. Never believe anything to be zero carb (except fish, meat and water)

Be mindful even of meat, fish and poultry. The FDA allows a certain amount of 'solution' to be added to these products without backlash. So if a meat tastes sweet, there is the chance a sugar water solution has been injected.
I've sought out a small meat market that renders the animals right there. It might be harder to find a butcher like that, but believe me, it did wonders for my diet! I had no idea my own meats were sabotaging my diet due to the hidden sugars!

Ceaser is my fave & I have been lookin on the shelve's. I would get excited when I see it as 0 sugar but then I put it back once I see sugar in the Ingredients. BUMMER!!! I need to find one...203/195/120Start:3/14/10Lost: 8 Pounds

Here is an easy recipe for caesar salad dressing from Easy Caesar Dressing Recipe
The worcestershire sauce isn't particularly induction-legal as it contains sugar and molasses but as the whole cupful only uses 1 teaspoon of it you might have no problems using it!Easy Caesar Dressing
Makes 1 cup.
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 cup fresh lemon
2 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in blender or processor.
Blend until smooth.
