Do you have a Photobucket account or some other photo site where you store your pics? If so, copy the BBcode and paste it into your signature like you did with the smilies. HTH

If you haven't got a photobucket or one of the many similar website accounts for storing photos but you have got your photos on your computer you can upload them onto ADBB here.

Just go to your user control panel ('User CP' link at the top of the page).

Then select the link 'Albums' and open an album with whatever name you want to call it, then click on the link 'upload photos'.

You will be shown 3 boxes with the word 'browse' next to them. Click on one of those then you will be shown your computer so you can selecty whatever photos you want to upload, select the name of one then click on the word 'open'. You can select up to 3 photos at one time to upload.

Then follow the instructions for the photo(s) to be added to your album.

Once you have them safely uploaded click on the bbcode line of coding and copy the coding into your signature.

Re: Measuring Myself For Weight Lost HELP

I measure and weigh on the same day, once a week. I am tracking the inches lost by month for the best comparison. I use Fitday as well. It's been very helpful to see the progress, especially when the scale isn't showing as much loss as I'd like.

There's other little things you notice too, even if you can't measure it, such as your feet and hands shrinking. I think I've lost a half a shoe size and you can definitely tell my hands are leaner.
        Start date: 2/22/04 347/222/135 ~ 5'2"
        STAC Restart: 1/05/09
        306/229/135 ~ 5'2" 77 lbs down!

        Goal #1: 247 - 2nd 10% (59lbs, 247, also 100 lbs total loss) - Met 1/4/10!!!
        Goal #2: 241 - Halfway to goal! (106 lbs lost) - Met 2/21/10!!!

        Goal #3: 222 - 3rd 10% - Lowest Atkins weight
        Goal #4: 210 - Still on track!
        Goal #5: 200/199 - 4th 10% - One-derland! End year goal!
Female/Hypothyroidism/Arthritis/Fibromyalgia - If I can lose weight on this, so can you!

I went down a shoe and a hat size as well as having to have all my favourite rings resized

Here is how much needed taking out.

The left one was originally the same size as the right one, which I have now had resized as well.

The left one had actually dropped off my finger in the street but I found it there a couple of hours later (what luck!) and so I lost 1000+ pounds (sterling) then regained it all in the same afternoon - what a scare!!
