I eat alot of Protein & Fat... I know im to consume a precentage amount for carbs, protein, & fat... If I kept it at my level of 20 Carbs gram a day but I ate more Protein & Fat... More then the precentage requires for Fat & Preotein. Is this ok?
I really didnt want to say anything about this cuz its gross but I had to find out... I been farting alot today & they smell worse then anything... Im wondering what it is? Maybe my body isnt used to Atkins. I dont know but itz embarressing especially when my family is around and the complain about it... OMG!!!
I added my protein intake for the day & had over 150gm, Is this bad? Could this be the cause?
