Taking some notes on Atkins, Finally doing my research... Anyways I have come by 2 things that I didnt know about Atkins & would like someone to finalise it for me.
Found out I can fry my food OMG!!! What diet can U do this on.
Is it best to do this once a day, everyother day, or as much as I want?
Pan Fry or Deep Fry? Both Ok?
Whats a good crumb to make it crunchy like chicken, veggie's, Pork Chop etc...
Also I just realise that I could only eat 4 ounce of organ meat a day, Is that reg meat? If so wow thats not alot of meat.
