Jake, I know you are late in OWL, but are you familiar with the Rules of OWL? It wouldn't hurt reading Chapter 14 again.

really sorry for my pointless post it was first thing morning only been up 5 mins and i woke with fage on my mind lol yer i am aware of the rules of owl just wondered if anyone knew how much 5 net carbs of yummy fage was , ill just check the tub

I fell in Love with Fage when I was in the UK..... drool!!! I have conjured up a similar mix with Greek Yoghurt and sour cream here in Australia . Wish they had the real deal here though ( I miss WAitrose and Tesco and EVEN ASDA!)
Sugarfree.... I bought it in Godalming in Surrey from Waitrose... get your friend to ask one of the staff if they cant find it ( I also bought it in Plymouth so it seems pretty readily available)Comment

Sheila, most of the big supermarket chains in UK sell fage as well as their own brand of similar (even lower carb sometimes) greek strained yogurt.
I get mine from Lidl which is not only cheaper and lower in carbs than Fage but comes in large 1 kg pots which keep well in the fridge once you have opened them - that is if you can keep to portion control
