    I have been looking in the Internet for a Low Carb Veggie Batter & couldn't find what I was looking for.

    This morning I decided to make my own & it worked GREAT !!!

    1 Large Egg
    1/2 scoop/16grams Whey Protein Powder
    1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder/Double Acting
    Mrs Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning to taste

    mix all together well in a small bowl & coat your veggies well, drop into a preheated fryer until golden brown on both sides !!!

    Batter Counts = 137 calories, 2.2 net carbs, 6 fat & 19.3 protein for the type that I was using !!!

    I used Body Fortress, Super Advanced Whey Protein from Walmart as I use it to make my Smoothies !!!

    They turned out just YUMMY using Radishes, Golden Brown on the out side & leaving them with a slight crunch stil on the inside !!!

    Battered Dipped Green Bean Fries wil be my next adventure after I get some housework done !!!
