Hello, I'm pretty new here, and I really love how Atkins is working. My only problem is I am having a really hard time getting motivated to exercise. I try to walk about 2.5 miles per day (to and from work), but I'd really like to get back into doing cardio and weight lifting. I had a baby about ten months ago and I'm blaming that for my laziness. =) Not really, I just need a little support and motivation....thanks in advance.
