      Ok.

I was just worried when you wrote that your mom fixed you some broccoli that you might be under 18.

Re: i had it all planned out...

Some days I am really hungry and I can down 4+ burgers and my veggies. Some days it is hard to convince myself to take a bite. I don't know if it has something to do with exercise or what. I am trying to listen to the cues my body is sending then I just follow the rules and eat (sometimes embarrassingly large quantities) till I am comfortably full, but not stuffed. So....I am relatively new at this too but there are my 2 cents.

Ha! What's your story though? You are very informative and very helpful but I have no clue about you. How old are you? How much have you lost on Atkins? etc....

            I'm older than 36.

            I lost over 50 pounds.

I am doing a challenge right now where you are not supposed to weigh yourself and it is the hardest thing, it is driving me nuts. I know it is not the same thing but I have a little bit of a feeling of what it is like. When I was going on about how am I going to know how I am doing without weighing myself

Georgiana told me "The number you see on the scale one day does not necessarily reflect "how you did" the day before.

And even if you eat the same things every day, you won't lose the same amount of weight each day... which doesn't mean you did better one day or the other, since you ate the same foods, right?

If you are following the plan as written in the book, you are doing fine."

I was just curious what you put on your burgers. Mayo? Cheese? Pickles? Onion?

Are any of your clothes becoming loose? Great job on the water intake.

i had a slice of cheese in my omelette this morning so i could only have 2 more slices for the day. what i did is made 2 double cheeseburgers with a slice of cheese in between the two burgers. so i had 4 burgers with 2 slices of cheese. i didn't have anything else with it other than my 1 cup of broccoli. i don't like pickles or mayo and didn't want to put the onion because i had 1 full cup of broccoli. normally i have been putting a slice of tomato and onion on my burgers but i figured i would mix it up and have some broccoli tonight.

I was only curious on how you ate your burger because I was craving 1 and my husband ate the last two for dinner tonight. I eat mine with cheese, mayo sauteed onion and mushrooms. Oh yes and pickles.

Maybe I will stop by a fast food joint and get a bunless burger, yum

Yeah, obsessing over the scale is no fun (I should know!). Just like you said, commit 100% and you'll be quite proud at the end of the month!
