heres the deal...
my age: 14 - height: 6'1" - weight: 250.
About 3 days ago, something motivated me to just lose weight, and i gradually asked around my friends for help, i got some great help.
One of my friends gave me this diet plan -
Broccolli
Tuna
Chicken [ Grilled ]
Eggs
Ham, etc.
And last but not least - Fat free milk
I've been on this plan for about 3 days today. and it seem's to be working, i believe i got skinnier, i feel lighter.. but i asked my friend about that and he said it was water weight. So he said to start including eggs and ham and other meat food's in the diet so i'll do that asap.
But i have a few questions before i continue..
MY GOAL is atleast 180.
- Is it okay for a 13 year old to go on atkins?
- I feel like im losing my muscle, is that normal?
- Should i do a little workout on the side, like he said to do jogging for 20 mins everyday b4 breakfast in the morning?
^ - question about that, i set my alarm for 5:00AM to go jogging, i couldnt even GET UP, i was so tired... literally, didnt go to school either.
--- So far the good things i see about the diet, before i started the diet my mom would bring food in the house, stuff like chips iced tea, but for my sister.. because my sister is 100 pounds exact and shes 13, and shes around 5'2" so shes all set i suppose, but my mom had to HIDE food from me because i would usually eat it all, my mom is fully supporting me in the diet.. i dont know if she did this on purpose or what not, but i guess it was a good thing she did, she sorta tested me.. i woke up i couldnt go to school and she was mad at me, then i went back to sleep... i woke up and i go to the kitchen.. all over was junk food, chips iced team coke... everything you can imagine... and i just looked at it and grabbed a glass and drank a glass of fat free milk... i dont crave the junk food anymore... thats a good thing, but around 4:00pm my sister came home with a can of arizona iced tea, and there was about a little teaspoon amount left in it, so i drank it... it tasted like poison and i spit everything out. Im guessing at this point, my body is denying any of that stuff now.

Q: Im taking in about 5 carbs a DAY, i know according to atkins im supposed to take about 20.. what should i do? Should i raise the carb consumption?
A:
Q: How many carb's does egg's have, and if it does, how many? How should i prepare the eggs if i should eat them?

Q: Should i allow more into the diet plan?

Q: I drink about 2 full glasses of water, every hour or so to keep me from not going for the fat free milk, because personally i think its an overdose, should i be doing this or not?
