    You can drink coffee. It is just that some people might have problems with it causing cravings. You would just have to keep an eye on that. If you are only drinking one cup a day, I wouldn't think it would be an issue.
    It is different for everyone and that is something you have to decide for yourself.

    I think that too much cheese and cream is more of an issue.

    Personally, I have to be careful of overdoing the cheese and I keep a close eye on how much cream I am using.

      i personally found i "stalled" with cream, bacon and too much cheese.
      it's amazing how little 2 tbsp is hey! lol

        Sometimes we just have to bite the bullet. Good job on cutting that out.

          Well after cutting down/out on that stuff i was down 1.2 lb today (Monday). So that must have been it! Hoping the scale keeps moving. Now i won't weigh till Friday! Makes me too neurotic!
