Is there a comprehensive list someone may have a link to, or links, of a ton of atkins approved recipes? Ways to spice up this otherwise bland food?

Re: Food recipies?
Those are all good links. You can also google "low carb recipes", or similar keywords, and there will be tons of choices. Just make sure all of the ingredients are on the allowed list.Originally posted by Trollface666 View PostIs there a comprehensive list someone may have a link to, or links, of a ton of atkins approved recipes? Re: Food recipies?
I am no cook, and what I mean is I can look at eggs, and figure out NOTHING to do to them to make them more appealing. I have no food imagination.
I have the 2002 Atkins book, and I can search the net until my eyes bleed, but the reason why I came to this forum was to talk to REAL people who have figured out REAL solutions to my problems.
So being an Army guy, it is easier for me to just 'take orders' from people I can converse with and basically tell me what they eat on the diet, instead of searching for stuff online.
Thank you all for the links, and the love, it is MUCH MUCH MUCH appreciated!

Case in point, I didn't even realize there was a forum dedicated to this very subject of food recipes! Thanks again!!!!!!!!

Here are some of Linda Sue's Induction menu suggestions.Originally posted by Trollface666 View PostSo being an Army guy, it is easier for me to just 'take orders' from people I can converse with and basically tell me what they eat on the diet, instead of searching for stuff online.
And some other menus for when you get to OWL.
Sometimes you just need to get started with some ideas and then before you know it, you will come up with your own based on your favorites. HTH

I don't think it has been locked - bump it if you want to get it on the first page.Originally posted by Barbde View PostWhy is that thread locked? Can it be reopened? That was a great thread!
If that won't work, let me know and I will see if anything needs doing.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!

Re: Food recipies?
Weird!!
Maybe one of the other mods noticed and opened it?
Glad it is fine now though.
It is good sometimes to bring some of those older informative threads up to the top of the forums, though if they are too long and cumbersome to negotiate it is better to start a new one too..Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
