        That's not either the "new" or the "old" book.

        The title you're looking for is Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution (2002).

        However, AE (the book you have) is good ... the FAQ section is quite handy, as is the section on dining out.

          Yes, Atkinsgal is right, it is a good 'extra reference' book to have on the shelf. Most have some different slant on Atkins so we can often learn something from them.
          But for the basic one we use here you do need to get the DANDR 2002 edition if you can, so we are all referring to the same pages
