  • Day one so far......

    Hey everyone,,,

    so today was day one and im not sure how i feel,,, i defo feel that something is missing,,,maybe cuz im aware that i cannot just eat for heck of it anymore, i ate well, but i defo feel something is missing, i cant even tell if im hungry or not, i drank 96 oz water, maybe this is normal, i dont know, feed back pls

    From personal experience it will just take a little while to figure out when you are really hungry or not. I know I would want to go eat just because something was in there. Not because I was truly hungry. So yep it may take a while to figure out if you are hungry or just bored. Isn't food always the first thing to pop up in your mind?! lol As far as feeling like something is missing I think its because you "think" you need something else. I felt like that too. I felt like should have something else but knowing I really shouldn't. It will just take some time to adjust.

        I remember that feeling. I think that describes my first day too (well second day - my first day was a total mock up). Hope the rest of the day was great.
