Well I've been doing Atkins for 8 days now, and havent' lost any weight, I have not messed up, I seem to be losing inches, this is the first time I've done Atkins and gone to the gym. I do feel better, but feel like I'm failing. Every other time I've done Atkins, I've dropped woohoo like 20 lbs. in the first two weeks, so I'm thinking maybe my age,(4
and I haven't done this for several years, and I've not been this "heavy" before. I know I'm doing everything right, I've done this before, I don't get it,?? Has anyone else had this problem, any info would be apprecitated, thanx pebz
