  • Dr. Volek Interview on Low Carb for Bodybuilders

    In several threads Dr. Volek of the University of Connecticut has been referenced as having worked with Dr. Atkins and as having done low carb studies. While cruising the web searching for information on Volek, I found this article. The emphasis is on body building and, unfortunately ladies, there are photos of half naked body builders, so cover your eyes, while reading.

    Dr. Atkins was a clinical physician. Dr. Volek is a research scientist. He provides a different look at what Dr. Atkins was learning and doing with patients, through his various research studies.
