You are on track then suddenly consume lots of sugar. How does the body in ketosis change/react and how long does it take to go back into a state of ketosis.
I am not on atkins specifically. My diet consists more of zero carb minus eggs. (Raw eggs & meats only).
So Easter was today obviously and my kids received so much candy and I got a box of chocolates from my grandparents so I ate some as to not be rude. I have not had sugar in two weeks so I am not worried or upset but am curious how my body will handle it or change. Thanks for any input
