Let me tell you what Atkins" has done for me in the last year:
I got my annual PE last week. The following are my serum results:
Cholesterol: dropped 80 points from 280 to 200
"good cholesterol" from 35 to 62
"bad cholesterol" from 170 to 120
weight from 205 to 162
liver function tests from borderline to normal
glucose from borderline to normal
kidney function tests normal
How I feel: from tired and peri-menopausal to fantastic!

I am usually not too verbal about our WOE, but, after getting my annual physical exam tests result back, and how I feel, I want to share what happened with me and attest to this WOE. I feel better, I am healthier. Viva Le Atkins!!!
