    Everyone gets twitches every once in a while. I think it's a concern if you get a bad charlie horse not after exercising. You will need to eat more potassium

    What I do is take my supplement, my potassium supp and then I eat lettuce, tomato and cucumber 6X week. Today I looked on my fitday and my potassium for the day was at 50% Of course that did not include my supplements.

      Multi-Vitamin, Calcium & Magnesium, Potassium, Co-Q10, Hyaluronic Acid, Krill Oil, D-3 5000IU.

      I finally figured it out. Supplements don't work if they stay in the bottle.

      Mini goal 1: 180 1/23/2010 2: 170 4/25/2010 , 3: 160, 4: 150, 5: 140 Final Goal: 125
